Payment is required in full for your commission at the time of your order.

I accept major credit cards online via Paypal or over the phone at my shop 01322 867393.

Once I have received your order, I will notify you of an estimated completion time. Occassionally this estimate of completion may slip. There is nothing to be worried about, it is just the nature of trying to complete multiple complex commissions via various techniques within certain timelines. Should you have a specific deadline, then please do let me know.

I will undertake any repair to my jewellery for free where there is a fault with craftsmanship.

Please note that all jewellery will be affected by wear and tear. I can not be held liable for damage or loss to pieces whilst being worn.

Please ensure that your pieces are adequately insured. You should have your more valuable pieces checked by a jeweller at least yearly to ensure they are not suffering from damage.

If you require your item repaired or re-sized other than a fault with the goods, then a charge will be liable. The cost of work will depend on the item and the nature of the alteration, please contact me for a quote. I do also undertake repairs on other pieces of jewellery that I have not made.

I also undertake repair work on items that are not mine. Simply pop into the shop or drop me an e-mail with the details. I can’t obviously give a list of prices on this website as repair jobs are unqiue in their nature to the item that is broken.

Items are only sent to addresses which match your billing address for your credit/debit card or on your Paypal account.

All my items are sent via Royal Mail Signed For services. Depending on the value of the goods, this will be Recorded, Special or International Signed For.

If there is nobody home on delivery, your parcel is held at your local post office for 2 weeks. The goods are insured in transit. A claim for loss will have to follow the carriers policies and procedures.

Where required under UK law, my jewellery is hallmarked under the conventions of the precious metal assaying law.

I am a registered maker and my hallmarks are kept at The London Assay Office. Further details about hallmarking can be found on their website

Insurance Appraisals

Yes I can give you an insurance appraisal on your item.

It is a photo/ written record of your piece and will cover the item for replacement value.

These are £30 for average items. Complex items may need to be quoted for so feel free to drop me a line.

Appraisals are typically ready within the week.

Do you have a brochure?

I do not have printed media.

I find it can quickly becomes out of date, and with minimum print runs, makes it a costly item to produce.

My website however is constantly up to date with prices.

Facebook is constantly being updated with new client commissions.

In short , you are already in possession of my brochure.

Do you teach?

Sadly no.

I am really busy with client commissions.

To make it a worthwhile venture in giving tuition, you need to have a class of 10 or more.

My workshop is not set up for that kind of working environment.

I recommend you find a local adult education centre or college that offers courses.

Do you supply other shops?

Never have and never will. I am not interested in supplying wholesale to other retailers.

My only interest is dealing with my clients directly.

Nickel ?

Nickel can be found in precious metals and can cause irritation and an allegic reaction with some people.

This is typically found in metal made from far eastern sources. Cheap or mass made imported jewellery.

I do not use nickel in any of my metal alloys.

My metals are nickel FREE
